Our journey began back in 2021 when we launched Taste of Greece as a food truck. At that time, food trucks were still a novelty in rural areas like Jefferson County. Despite the challenges, our passion for sharing authentic Greek flavors with the community kept us going. Now, we're thrilled to open our doors to a beautiful restaurant where we can continue to serve you with the same dedication and care.
